Glossary

 

Theta healer - a healer who uses psychic abilities to witness healing through a connection to the Creator (God, Jesus, Spirit, Source).

Spirituality - tuning into the spiritual side of life through the practice of meditation, tuning into the deeper meaning, and bringing the presence of Spirit or connecting with Spirit in your life.

​

Awakening - when you wake up to the truth that you are one with Source, God's Light. You are waking up to experience your higher vibrational truth, the perspective of your greater self, and understanding that you are a part of the Divine.

​

Ascension - is the path of those who are choosing to consciously step into a higher level of light.

​

Illumination - a spiritual gift, a source of light that guides us toward greater freedom and understanding. It is an awakening of Soul and Spirit, bringing clarity and insight.

​

Grace - you need to experience it in order to know what it is. Grace has to be earned through graciousness. It teaches us not to turn our face away from the pain life offers us; that we never lose faith. Grace comes from the Highest. Grace places a permanent end to all your fears. With Grace, all human emotion is transformed into love.

Graciousness - the quality or state of being benevolent, courteous, and kind to an inferior and compassionate.

​

Theosophy - any of a number of philosophies maintaining that a knowledge of God may be achieved through spiritual ecstasy, direct intuition, or special individual relations. 'Divine wisdom'.

​

Initiations - series of spiritual transformations.

​

Ascended Masters - individuals who were formerly embodied on the Earth and learned lessons of life during their incarnations. They gain mastery over the limitations of the matter planes, balancing the negative karma and fulfilling the Dharma (divine plan).

​

Shadow - all of our rejected parts, aspects that are too painful or embarrassing for us to admit.

​

Manifestation - a creative process that requires accepting a new way of thinking, and feeling the energy of what you want to experience. You need to align with the energy of the Universe, raising your vibrations to match the loving vibrations of the Universe is required in order to manifest.

​

Kundalini - (Sanskrit word) form of divine feminine energy located at the base of the spine. When cultivated through tantric practice it is believed to lead to spiritual liberation.

​

Tantric practice - includes breathing, yoga, and meditation that can then increase sexual energy. While tantric techniques can open you up to new sensations, it is as much a mental practice as a spiritual one.
